Delete your PromptLab account
You can request deletion of your PromptLab account and associated server-side data. This page explains how to submit a request and what we delete or keep.
How to request account deletion
- Sign in to PromptLab (if you still have access).
- Email support@promptlab.app from the same email address used for your account.
- Use subject line: PromptLab account deletion.
- We will confirm your identity and process the request within 30 days (usually sooner).

I understand this action is permanent.
Data that will be deleted
- Supabase Auth account (email, authentication identifiers)
- Profile record (display name, plan, quota counters tied to your user ID)
- Usage events and server-side records linked to your account
- Any cloud-backed library or template data stored under your user ID (when synced)
Data that may be kept
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics or logs required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (retained up to 90 days where applicable).
- Billing records handled by Google Play (managed under Google’s policies; contact Google for purchase history).
Data on your device only
If you used Continue as guest, prompts saved in your browser or app storage stay on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app removes local guest data from that device.
Delete some data without deleting your account (optional)
Email support@promptlab.app to request removal of specific saved prompts or usage history while keeping your account active.
