You can request deletion of your PromptLab account and associated server-side data. This page explains how to submit a request and what we delete or keep.

How to request account deletion

  1. Sign in to PromptLab (if you still have access).
  2. Email support@promptlab.app from the same email address used for your account.
  3. Use subject line: PromptLab account deletion.
  4. We will confirm your identity and process the request within 30 days (usually sooner).

Subject: PromptLab account deletion

Please delete my PromptLab account and associated data.
Account email: [your email]
I understand this action is permanent.

Data on your device only

If you used Continue as guest, prompts saved in your browser or app storage stay on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app removes local guest data from that device.

Delete some data without deleting your account (optional)

Email support@promptlab.app to request removal of specific saved prompts or usage history while keeping your account active.
